SHIPPING AND RETURNS
SHIPMENT OF THE ORDER
The shipment is made through a parcel company and will be sent directly to the address you indicate in the order form.
The delivery time for most shipments is 5 to 10 working days if there are no incidents. In the event that for any reason concerning us there is a delay in delivery, you will be informed by e-mail or telephone.
We hope that the purchased product meets your expectations. If this is not the case, you have 15 calendar days from the day of the order to return the product. Simply send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the reason for your return and a bank account number to which the return should be paid.
The shipping of the product will be managed by the customer, as well as the direct expenses derived from this return, which will also be assumed by the customer.
The refund of the purchase will be made, in any case, upon receipt of the items. After checking the condition of the goods, which must be unopened, in their original packaging and without any type of damage. We will proceed to refund the amount of the return, excluding the expenses generated by it, by means of a bank transfer to the account number provided in the e-mail previously sent.
In the event that the returned item is not in the aforementioned conditions, the refund will not be made.
In the event that the product reaches the customer in deteriorated or defective conditions, please return the goods to the transport agency, take photos and indicate this on the delivery note.
