We hope that the purchased product meets your expectations. If this is not the case, you have 15 calendar days from the day of the order to return the product. Simply send us an email to info@bctxapelketa.com indicating the reason for your return and a bank account number to which the return should be paid.

The shipment of the product will be managed by the customer, as well as the direct expenses derived from this return, which will also be assumed by the customer.

The refund of the purchase will be made, in any case, upon receipt of the items. After checking the condition of the goods, which must be unopened, in their original packaging and without any type of damage. We will proceed to refund the amount of the return excluding the expenses generated by the same through bank transfer to the account number provided to us in the email sent previously.

In the event that the returned item is not in the aforementioned condition, no refund will be made.

In the event that the product reaches the customer in damaged or defective condition, please return the goods to the transport agency, take photos and indicate this on the delivery note.
